•       Payment data: managed directly by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe, TWINT) — Wedone does not store complete credit card data

•       Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies (via Shopify and analytical tools)

•       Order history and communications with customer service

3. Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used to:

•       Process and fulfill orders, including production through our supplier Gelato AB

•       Manage payments, billing, and returns

•       Communicate with you regarding your order (confirmations, tracking, support)

•       Send promotional communications, only if you have given explicit consent (newsletter)

•       Improve the Site through aggregated and anonymous statistical analysis

•       Comply with legal and tax obligations

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Your data may be shared exclusively with the following providers, to the extent necessary to provide the service:

•       Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform that hosts the Site and manages the infrastructure

•       Gelato AB — print-on-demand supplier, receives name, shipping address, and order details to produce and ship products

•       Payment providers (Stripe, TWINT, PayPal) — to securely process transactions

•       Shipping carriers — for product delivery

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. International Data Transfers

Given that Wedone ships worldwide and relies on suppliers such as Shopify and Gelato who also operate outside Switzerland, your data may be transferred to third countries (including the European Economic Area or the United States). In such cases, we ensure that the transfer takes place to providers who guarantee an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the FADP.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., retaining accounting documents for the periods required by Swiss law).

In accordance with the FADP (and GDPR, if applicable), you have the right to:

PART 2 — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern the sale of products through the wedone.[domain] website, managed by Enea Gyöngy, owner of the sole proprietorship Wedone, with registered office at Via cappella nuova 84, 6654, Cavigliano, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.

1. Subject

Wedone sells streetwear clothing items (t-shirts and related products) through its e-commerce website. Products are made on demand (print-on-demand) through the supplier Gelato AB.

2. Conclusion of the contract

An order placed through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded when Wedone sends an order confirmation via email. Wedone reserves the right to refuse an order in case of product unavailability or payment anomalies.

3. Prices and payment

•       All prices are indicated in CHFa and include VAT where applicable

•       Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout (e.g., credit card via Stripe, TWINT, PayPal)

•       Payment is made at the time of order

•       Wedone is not VAT-registered:

4. Shipping

•       Wedone ships worldwide

•       Production and shipping times vary depending on the Gelato supplier and destination: approximately 10-15 days.

•       Any customs costs, duties, or import taxes for shipments outside the EU/Switzerland are borne by the customer

•       Wedone is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control (strikes, customs, force majeure events)

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason, subject to the following exceptions:

•       Customized products made to the customer's specific order (e.g., individually requested custom prints) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Wedone at the email address provided. The product must be returned unused, with original tags and in original packaging, where possible.

 

 

6. Returns and Refunds

•       Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified or in case of a defective product

•       Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item

•       In case of a defective or non-conforming product, immediately contact customer support with photos of the defect

7. Legal Guarantee

In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, products purchased are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee for defects in conformity present at the time of delivery. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.

8. Responsibility of Wedone and Gelato Supplier

Wedone is solely responsible to the customer for the sale of products, regardless of whether production is outsourced to third parties (Gelato AB). Any quality issues, delays, or product defects must be reported to Wedone, which will handle the request, including with the supplier.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Wedone or licensed to Wedone. Unauthorized reproduction of designs for commercial purposes is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wedone shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products, except in cases mandatorily provided for by Swiss law.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute, the court of the owner's domicile shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law for the protection of consumers in their country of residence.
